Website content explains how Webdinh organizes information, products, evidence, and contact paths for B2B websites. General content does not replace a project-specific SOW, quotation, or confirmation.

Mini Check is a preliminary review based on information you submit and public website context. Submitting the form:

• does not create an order;
• does not enter into a contract;
• does not automatically start a project;
• does not create a final report;
• does not confirm scope, price, or timing;
• does not consent to automated marketing contact.

A project starts only after scope, price, timing, input data, the parties' responsibilities, and applicable conditions are separately confirmed.

Webdinh seeks to present service information clearly and keep it current. Package names, indicative scope, deliverables, suitability conditions, and limitations displayed on the website are pre-transaction information only, unless included in a quotation, SOW, or contract confirmed by both parties.

The website currently provides service information and receives consultation requests. Mini Check does not provide online ordering, payment, quotation acceptance, or automatic contract formation. If Webdinh adds any of these functions, Webdinh will update its process, public information, and applicable obligations before the function is put into use.

Scope, total price, tax, timing, input data, revision rounds, acceptance method, warranty, and termination conditions take effect only when separately confirmed. Out-of-scope requests are not included automatically.

The user is responsible for:

• providing information that is truthful to the best of their knowledge;
• sending only data and materials they have the right to use;
• not sending passwords, sensitive personal data, customer lists, payment data, or confidential materials through a public form;
• not using the website to infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with systems, or carry out unlawful activity;
• separately checking and confirming project scope before relying on commercial information on the website.

Webdinh is responsible for:

• publishing operator information and applicable policies in an appropriate place;
• receiving and handling requests within the published scope;
• correcting inaccurate information when identified or when substantiated feedback is received;
• protecting personal data under the Privacy Notice;
• clearly distinguishing test cases, anonymized analyses, public sources, and confirmed projects;
• not presenting a test or public source as customer evidence without a factual basis and publication rights.

Recommendations, scores, examples, test cases, or improvement directions do not promise inquiries, rankings, conversions, traffic, revenue, orders, or business results.

Test cases, anonymized analyses, Before/After materials, and website references must be read together with their evidence labels.

A public source does not prove a customer or partner relationship or that Webdinh implemented work for the business mentioned. An After image in a test case does not prove that the customer implemented the website or that it produced commercial results.

Content, structure, designs, and materials created by Webdinh belong to the corresponding rights holder, except for content expressly identified as a public source or third-party asset.

Accessing the website does not automatically grant a right to copy, distribute, resell, or use Webdinh content to create a competing product. Rights to use project deliverables are defined in a separate SOW or contract.

The website may link to public sources or third-party websites for reference. A link does not confirm a customer, partner, or sponsorship relationship and does not guarantee third-party content. Third-party terms and policies apply independently.

Webdinh may maintain, correct, update, or stop displaying content that is no longer appropriate. When a change materially affects the conditions of use, Webdinh updates the version and effective date.

Published service information is retained or kept accessible for the period required by applicable law and under a confirmed internal archival mechanism.

When submitting feedback, please identify the URL, relevant content, time, and outcome requested. Webdinh records the matter, verifies it, responds through an appropriate channel, and retains a handling record to the extent necessary.

Personal data requests must be sent separately to info@webdinh.vn and are handled under the Privacy Notice.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of Vietnam. If a dispute arises, the parties first seek to communicate and negotiate in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute is submitted to an authority with jurisdiction under Vietnamese law or to a mechanism separately agreed in the project contract.

To the extent permitted by law, Webdinh is not liable for loss arising solely because a user relied on general reference content, a test case, or a public source without a separately confirmed project scope. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that the law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

You may request access to, correction of, restriction of, objection to, or deletion of personal data you submitted by contacting info@webdinh.vn. The scope, periods, and exceptions are described in the Privacy Notice.
